This five bedroom 4 full baths with two half baths and bonus room sleeps 12+ people located directly on the beach - What more could you ask for fun in the sun. Sleeping accommodations include one bedroom with a queen bed, 1 room with a king, 1 dorm room with 3 bunk beds with bonus room attached. Upstairs one bedroom with a king bed and 1 with two twins.

The immaculate two-story home has spacious deck with a freestanding cabana area to enjoy the beach. The large great room is perfect place for the family and friends to gather for a most memorable stay. There is a covered parking area under the house for parking with easy access to the house with an enclosed outside shower.

Additional features include three central air systems. The large open kitchen has garbage disposal, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave and refrigerator / freezer. The home offers a large screen TV, cable television and wireless Internet.

RENTAL RATES:

***  A departure cleaning fee of $250.00 is added to each reservation
***  11% tax is added to total rental and cleaning fees

BEACH RENTAL

• Summer season weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday
• Off-season; a three-night minimum is required
• Monthly rentals available

RENTAL PAYMENTS

• We accept U.S. currency, personal checks, Traveler's Checks and Visa / MC & American Express
• Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival & departure
• A deposit of five hundred dollars is required at time of booking and is refunded 10 days after departure and no damages have occurred.
• A deposit of one night is required to hold reservation with the balance due 60 days before travel
